Hi, I am Michaela Lotz

A NUTRITIONIST, HEALTH & FITNESS ENTHUSIAST AND FOOD LOVER.

My mission is to help you develop a lifestyle that promotes health, wholeness, self-acceptance, happiness and balance.

I am a strong believer that balance is key to obtaining health; this doesn’t just mean physical health; but emotional, mental and healthy relationships and surroundings.

The diet and appetite are not only affected by one thing but is affected by all these factors; in order to find a true balance, balance must be obtained in all areas of life.

Now, this is definitely one of those things that are easier said than done…that’s where I come in. I am here to help you achieve that balance. How do we do this? We don’t only address your eating habits; but all these factors!

I believe that as a health professional I should practice what I preach. I can proudly say that I have done so since the age of 16. I want to share my passion for health and fitness by helping other love themselves, feel good and enjoy life.

The trick is to play around with your lifestyle, keep it fun and find a balance that works for you and your lifestyle. I am here to show you how to enjoy life without the guilt.

–  6 Week Plan (includes a 6-week (single phase), personalised eating plan; 1 full body assessment; 12/7hour WhatsApp support, weekly checkup OR weekly video calls for online clients): R1,000

 

 

– 8 Week Plan (includes an 8-week (2 phase), personalised eating plan; 2 full body assessments; 24/7hour WhatsApp support; 1 eating plan modification; weekly checkup OR weekly video calls for online clients): R1,500

 

– 12 Week Plan (includes a 12-week(3 phase), personalised eating plan; 4 full body assessments; 24/7hour WhatsApp support; 2 eating plan modifications, weekly checkup OR weekly video calls for online clients): R2,900
